Welcome! I’m Eddie Welham, founding partner of Education Design Partnership (EDP). As an interior designer and university lecturer, I’m deeply passionate about crafting environments that foster better learning experiences.

This passion is shared by my colleagues: Paul Harrison (M&E), Michael Moran (SE), Ben Clarkson (QS), and Clive Welham (Architect). Our journey began working together on school refurbishment projects, where we quickly recognized that 'Design and Build' procurement methods for school design and construction were becoming unnecessarily complex and costly.

At Education Design Partnership, we’re a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team committed to supporting school and college leaders with both new build and refurbishment projects. We specialize in streamlining the design and construction process, offering solutions that are not only efficient but also competitively tendered through traditional procurement routes.
