The partnership derives from a close working relationship between lead designers from these multi-disciplinary companies who identified disadvantages in the current Design and Build (D&B) procurement and tendering methods for educational building projects.

Our collaborative method of working directly with an Academy Trust allows us to provide independent design and procurement advise without the need to have a main contractor appointed.

This allows projects to be competitively tendered to local contractors based on the vision that you have for your school using traditional building contracts.
